July School Holidays at the Farm
Our July School Holiday Programs are back.
Are you keen for your kids to do something different these school holidays? do you want an opportunity for them to get out in nature, have some adventures, meet new people and have some good old fashioned fun?
Our July school holiday programs do just that. Facilitated by our experienced clinicians we provide a supported space for kids to get out in nature, engage in self directed play (less rules, less structure, more play, more exploration, more creativity, more fun).
Based at our Play Project's farm at Wahgunyah, we provide opportunities for kids to explore their passions and interests under the supervision (and guidance) of our experienced team of therapists and support staff. Kids can learn how to ride a bike, tie a knot, build a swing, cook, garden, feed the chooks, light a campfire, canoe, explore the forest, play in the sandpit, explore the treehouse or make their own billy cart.
It's a magical space for watching kids grapple with the challenges of self directed play, exploring and overcoming their own limiting beliefs, building resilience and confidence as they learn new things and make new friends.
One of our favourite intensive programs, the July retreat provides so many outcomes for kids in a short space of time and is a great way to work through a range of goals without the usual challenges that come with traditional therapy environments.
The program runs Monday - Wednesday 10am-2pm both weeks of the Victorian School Holidays at Quondong, Wahgunyah. Transport available from our clinic in Yarrawonga if needed.
If you are a NSW family, please contact us as we are keen to offer something for the NSW holidays too.

Healthy Habits
By following the child's lead, this intensive program helps kids get out in nature and move their bodies which helps regulate the nervous system and can help support the development of healthy sleep, eating and self care routines.
Creative Expression
In this child-lead program, kids can enjoy arts and crafts, kayaking, paddle boarding, taking care of the farm animals, cooking, sensory activities and more. At each turn, our participants have the freedom to express themselves without fear of judgement and under the support and guidance of our experienced team of therapists and AHA's.
Social Connection
As the children start to explore their surrounds, and participate in new projects they begin to practice their social skills in a safe and supportive environment. The natural setting provides a great base for gently challenging participants and gradually building on the skills they need to build positive relationships, learn cooperation and regulate their emotions in social settings.
