School Holidays | Yarrawonga
The heart of the Harrietville experience , re-imagined as a day-based holiday program, delivered from Yarrawonga.A supported, nature-based Warriors experience for boys and girls aged 6–17, created for children who benefit from structure, connection and time outdoors, and for families who value meaningful support alongside quality time together.

If you’ve been part of Harrietville, you already understand what made it so special.
It wasn’t just the location, it was the way children were supported to grow, connect and feel proud, while families were held with care and understanding.
The Warriors Holiday Intensive has been created especially with Harrietville families in mind.
It offers:
The same values
The same philosophy
The same intentional support
Delivered in a format that allows families to holiday together in Yarrawonga, while children access a Warriors experience during the day.

We’ve been working carefully and intentionally behind the scenes to create something truly special for the April school holidays.
We know how powerful the Harrietville experience was for so many families.
It was a reset.
A place where children felt capable, connected and proud.
And a time where families could step out of the everyday and feel supported together.
While we can no longer run Harrietville in the way we once did, we weren’t ready to let go of what made it so meaningful.
Instead, we asked ourselves:
How do we keep the heart of Harrietville alive in a way that works for families right now?
The answer is the Warriors Holiday Intensive —
the Harrietville experience, re-imagined as a day program, based in Yarrawonga.
Benefit from structure, routine and clear expectations
Need support to engage confidently in group environments
Often miss out on camps, sport or group experiences
Thrive with connection, movement and time in nature
Children do not need a diagnosis to attend.
We focus on support needs, not labels, and groups are mixed-gender by design.
This holiday intensive is grounded in everything we’ve learned through Wilderness Warriors and years of Harrietville programs.
It carries forward the same foundations families know and trust:
This program has been intentionally designed as a day-based experience, allowing families to stay together nearby while children participate in a supported Warriors program during the day.
