- Fun, safe and inclusive environment for all parents and young babies to come explore, and get to know each other.
- Sessions are educational and practical, focusing on achieving important developmental milestones by incorporating activities such as tummy time into your daily routine.
- Parents will be assisted with accessing information and other services if required.
Toddler Active Play

Time: 9:30am - 10:15am, Thursday (12 months - 2 year age group)
Time: 10:30am -11:15am, Thursday (2 year - 3 years age group)

- This program is designed to increase your child's movement, coordination, strength and confidence.
- Learning fun and practical activities that you can do at home with your child.
- Focuses on fun and play! It will incorporate jumping, hopping, balancing, skipping, song and dance.
Early Years / Intervention

- Targets foundational skills required for kinder and school settings.
- Focuses on improving fine motor skills (drawing, cutting, pasting and pre-writing skills)
- Includes interactive and fun activities that build gross motor skills (core, upper and lower body strength)
Kids Yoga

- Enhances physical flexibility, balance and coordination

We Thinkers
4 - 7 years
Location: Yarrawonga
30mins - 1 hr sessions, once a fortnight for 10 weeks.

- Develop the skills to be flexible social thinkers and social problem solvers.
- Through storybooks, music and the accompanying lessons, children will learn about the social mind and social expectations.
- They will also learn about their own thinking (and that of others) to help them make better decisions when in the midst of social play and interaction.

- Provides the opportunity for the child and parent to collectively engage in easy, fun and healthy cooking.
- Cooking encourages development of cognitive skills as well as fine and gross motor skills.

Dates: Wednesday 13 October - Wednesday 1 December (8 sessions)
- Practical, fun, and hands-on cooking program where participants learn to cook healthy foods and snacks that are perfect for school lunches.
- Participants will grow in confidence and independence in their skills to prepare, cook and eat healthy foods.
- Adopt a positive relationship with food and learn the importance of good nutrition.
OT Teen Cooking

- A hugely successful program that provides more than just improving your cooking skills.
- A fun, social and inclusive environment where teens work both independently and part as a team to plan, prepare, cook, eat and clean up.
SAS Secret Agent Society
- An evidence-based program focusing on social skills and dealing with difficult emotions like anger and anxiety.
- The program is facilitated by The Play Projects experienced Occupational Therapists, with a small number of participants in each group.
- The program is designed to help children feel happier, calmer and braver and to make friends and keep them.
