Our Services
OT at Home
Designed to bring another layer to traditional therapy that enhances opportunity for regular practice of skills and implementation across settings. Perfect for those on OT waitlists, those who have trouble leaving their home and those with specific goals they're working towards.
Online Programs
Delivered virtually, our live online programs run during Victorian school terms and are designed as a remote option for children nationwide who could benefit from occupational therapy. Delivered by our experienced occupational therapists.
Multi-day Programs
Our specialised therapeutic multi-day programs offer an incredible OT experience for kids and respite for parents. Taking place during Victorian school holidays, these programs offer a way for children to continue learning over the holidays.
Hi, I'm Kait
As an occupational therapist with 15 years of experience, my mission is to empower parents with the knowledge and skills they need to raise happy, healthy children.
8 years ago, I started a traditional clinical-based occupational therapy business called The Play Projects but I quickly realised that the clinical setting wasn’t the most optimal experience for children or their families to reach the outcomes they were looking for.
So, I set about creating therapeutic experiences that would offer a unique opportunity for neurodivergent children to grow, develop skills and thrive.
The Play Projects branched out, offering therapeutic retreats, programs and farm stays available for local children and their families. But I knew that the type of therapy my team and I were offering was too valuable to keep as a local service.
I wanted to find a way to help parents raise happy, healthy children all over the world, using the holistic therapeutic strategies I had seen work in my own practice. Now, our online and virtual therapeutic experiences help us do just that.

OT at Home
Our OT at Home Programs are developed, designed and presented by our experienced team of occupational therapists. Using strategies traditionally used in clinical settings, these programs address everyday functional challenges experienced by children with disabilities.
The easy-to-follow program structure is delivered in a way that is accessible and can be utilised across settings by all supports to maximise the potential for outcomes to be achieved.
Research tells us that regular practice, repetition and opportunity for generalisation of skills across various settings is imperative for development of skills in our neurodivergent children, and this is something that can be difficult to achieve through traditional 1:1 therapy appointments. This is why these programs sit complementary to our traditional models, adding another layer of support and learning for participants to access.
Online Programs
Seeing our local participants achieve their goals in our group term programs was the catalyst for creating online versions of some of the most successful programs. We wanted to be able to extend our services to children nationwide and going online helped us do that.
Taught live by one of our experienced occupational therapists, children are taken through virtual sessions over 6-8 weeks to work toward their individual goals.
Our current online programs include:
- Secret Agent Society (nationally recognised program)
- OT Cooking
- OT Lego
Multi-day Programs
Our multi-day, nature-based programs are a fantastic opportunity for children with disabilities to push their comfort zones, learn new skills and achieve incredible outcomes. These intensive programs see participants achieve more in just a few days than is typically seen in the clinical setting.
Run by our experienced team of occupational therapists, each activity is carefully considered for its therapeutic benefits. Our therapists are trained to both work with the group and with the individual to ensure that the maximum benefit is provided for each participant.
The incredible progress children make while attending these programs cannot be underestimated. Program participants leave having developed their social and communication skills, built self-confidence and learned some vital skills that will enhance their daily living when they return home.
