At The Play Projects we are committed to continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Due to the funding nature of our programs and packs we cannot provide refunds.
Of course we will accept returns for products that may arrive damaged, or if an item is faulty or does not operate within its intended purpose as determined by us. These claims must be lodged with us within 14 days of delivery.
We take all feedback seriously and are happy to discuss any concerns or issues that may arise on a case by case basis.
