An exciting opportunity exists to join The Play Projects Therapy Services Team as a Retreat Coordinator. The Play Projects is an innovative allied health service providing high quality therapy services and retreats to children, young people and their families from our clinic in Yarrawonga and our beautiful farm on the edge of the Murray River State Forest in Wahgunyah in North East Victoria.
The Play Project is a child safe service we promote the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an energetic and professional person to assist in the coordination of our Weekend Retreats at our farm in Wahgunyah. This role involves leading the team and overseeing the wellbeing, programs and OHS needs of our clients attending our retreats 1 weekend per month.
Leading a small team of weekend allied health assistants and therapists at our farm in Wahgunyah.
Managing the OHS, daily schedule of activities, routines, medications, safety and wellbeing of our weekend retreat participants.
Communicating with families, colleagues to coordinate high quality service delivery
Adhering to TPP guidelines and SOP in regards to all tasks, documentation and reporting requirements.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent in Allied Health, Nursing, Education or related fields.
AHPRA registration, Working with Children Check, and current National Police Check, NDIS worker screening check.
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
