OT at Home Program Inclusions

Our OT at Home Programs combine 2 complementary aspects: a toolbox of supportive and adaptive resources and an online guided program.

The Toolbox

Your program toolbox is delivered direct to your door and includes a range of resources to support your child in developing their skills at home in line with the online program.

The Online Program

Our therapist-developed program is delivered via the online platform Teachable. The program contains videos and supporting resources to guide children and their supports through each module series step-by step.

Online Program Modules

Includes over 15 guided instructional videos, taking children through the following curriculum.

Module 1: Lego Roles

Engage with the lego building process through the lens of language and communication development via 3 different roles.

Module 2: Lego Builds

Engage with five different Lego builds with printed booklet and guided video instructions to develop motor planning and sequencing, and executive function skills.

Module 3: Extension play

Using the theme of the Lego build, engage with scaffolded and modelled post-build activities and extensions for sensory and creative play-based skill building.

Module 4: Pulling it all together

Take on, and manage, all three Lego roles to see a Lego building task through from beginning to end.

Module 5: Social Lego

Work with others using the roles framework and instructions booklets to build a lego project together as a team. This provides a platform for language and communication development through structured group play.
